These Terms of Service reflect MyMasala(Burman Brothers FMCG LLP), the laws that apply to our company, and certain things we’ve always believed to be true. As a result, these Terms of Service help define MyMasala(Burman Brothers FMCG LLP)’s a relationship with you as you interact with our services / Products.
Age requirements

Your relationship with MyMasala(Burman Brothers FMCG LLP)

Broadly speaking, we give you permission to use our services / Products if you agree to follow these terms, which reflect how MyMasala(Burman Brothers FMCG LLP)’s business works. When we speak of “MyMasala,” “we,” “us,” and “our,” we mean MyMasala(Burman Brothers FMCG LLP) and its affiliates, excluding any local entities based in India.

If we make material changes that negatively impact your use of our products or if we stop offering a product, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice.
Distributor Terms of Services
1. MyMasala Allow only 1 Distributor for each block.
2. Minimum 1 order in 60 days will continue your Distributorship business. If we find no order from the distributor in 60 days from the Distributor’s previous billing will automatically deactivate your “MyMasala” distributorship business and we can reallocate another Distributor prior to any notice.
3. Before you start the MyMasala Distributorship business you need to complete full Documentation with MyMasala otherwise MyMasala is not responsible for any kind of conflict.
4. All PO must send to [email protected] (MyMasala Official Email) from your official Distributor Email which you have registered with us.
5. Once the Products are received from the date of the invoice you will be having 30 days to return after 30 days no return will be allowed.
6. Return products transportation cost will be bear by Distributor only.
6. We deliver products within a 15 KM radius for free after 15 KM you will be charged for transportation fees.
7. Company is not responsible for any products damaged/stolen after 15 KM radius delivered.
8. We will change our Terms of Condition from time to time on our website and will be informed via email.
